Q: I purchased a Hayward Whale Aqua Critter and it works really well. We have a 27' above ground round pool and the hoses are not long enough to reach to the other side of the pool. Q: Why does my Ladybug just travel in small circles moving around the wall of my pool? Should it travel a straight path occasionally and get to all the pool. I removed the bottom assembly but found no debri. Do I need to disassemble it completely and look for debri?

Q: I have this bug but I am unable to connect it directly to the skimmer basket. It seems as though a part is missing, perhaps? If not, what kind of attachment do I need to hook it into the skimmer basket, rather than the pump? Thank you, Tina

Q: I purchased the aqua bug on 7/16/2023 and it worked well for about 2 weeks. Now it stays stationary on the bottom and does not move at all. I have manually vacuumed the pool, cleaned the filter and verified that the suction is good using the gage that was included with the bug. The feet are moving, but the bug does not. Any suggestions what could be wrong, or should I just do a warrantee replacement? I have done the product registration.
