Q: I looking to hook up a new variable speed Hayward Pool Pump to my current Omni Logic system. Looking for step by step instructions. The current Omni logic system is hanging on my wall.

Q: The spillover from the spa continues to run when it is switched off on the app and control panel. There is not a schedule set for the spillover to run at anytime.

Q: got customer that already has hayward gas heater, variable speed pump & salt cell. has pool/spa combination . wants to run spa & pool using only one pump/heater switching back & forth. has valves that can be motorized. all controlled from iPhone.

The OmniPL should be able to control their equipment.

Q: When upgrading a PL to the OmniPL, does it come with everything to include OZONE/Salt filtration, heater, and add on chiller?

Hello, you should be able to control a heater, chillers, and salt chlorinator with the OmniPL. Ozone is usually controlled independently.

Q: Do I need a low voltage transformer to operate pool light or can in wire it in the Omnipl.

You will need a transformers if the light you're installing are low voltage lights.

Q: How do you get the OmniLogic out of service mode if the “time” feature is not used?

To exit service mode, press the power button at the bottom left. Then press exit service mode.

Q: Can a Heyward automation system run Pentair parts? I just moved into a house and the Pentair automation system is awful.

Yes, we can control their LED lights. We can also control their the some of their variable speed pumps. Controlling the pumps requires the purchase of our communication board.

Q: If the actuator valve relays are standard(4), why would I have to manually open/close valves to change from pool to spa or vice versa. This unit only allows me to turn on lights, heater and pump from my app. No control of chlorinator or ability to change flow. What am I missing?
