Q: We just bought a home with a pool and a Hayward OmniLogic system. We have each downloaded the app, but we need to transfer the account from the previous owner to our names. I have tried valiantly and on numerous occasions to speak with a support person but no one will answer the phone and ultimately you hang up. I am very frustrated because I cannot operate the pool through the app. PLEASE help me with this.

What do you consider shortly? This has been reported by my pol installer several months ago. Does that also fall under your time frame of shortly, or are you simply going to continue to ignore the issue

Q: Can I use the OmniLogic system to control ColorLogic lights in UCL mode along with using the LKCUS1100 to control the lights? I assume I would wire it like this: OmniLogic w/ relay -> LKCUS1100 -> Transformer -> 14V lights Would the LKCUS1100 and the OmniLogic fight each other for knowing what setting the lights are on?

A:
No, this will cause problems with the lights.
