Q: We just had a Hayward 1.65 THP VS Pump and Hayward pool/spa gas heater with a poollux Plux light control. Will the OmniHub work with all these and do I need to order any other components for it to work? Thanks

Q: All the literature mentions controlling a variable speed pump, but my pump is single speed. Will this control a single speed pump as well?

Q: Is there an option for more controls of a H-Series pool heater with the OmniHub? Like reading, increases and decrees temp. is there a different option than using GLX-PC -12 Temperature sensor and Pipe Clamp. These option and the off line chlorinator, where you drill a hole in your pipe is like cheap way that one would add a water line to a refrigerator. Any licensed plumber will tell you never to do these. It will leak at some point. Its like what a skit on the The Red Green Show. Looking for tee option like used with the Flow Switch Hayward Salt Cell and Chlorine Generator System.

Q: Hi, my Omni control will not adjust the temp of my Hayward heater for the spa, everything else is working on it and I have to go to the heater to adjust the temp up or down. The pad operates everything else perfectly, the filter, pump, light and even the displays the correct temp of water but will not allow me to raise or lower the temp from the Omni. Thanks

Q: Can I control my Hayward Pro Logic System with the Aqua Connect App?

Q: Hey all, I’m getting conflicting information from 2 different stores. I have the following equipment: Tristar VS950, turbocell S340 and Colorlogic controller for the lights. Could I use the OmniHub Smart Control to manage that equipment? I’d also like to include two actuators to be able to open 2 valves, one for the return line and another to redirect the water to the bubblers or the waterfalls, can I incorporate those two relays/actuators to this system? Thx!

Q: I need to control a Hayward Variable speed pump, a slave pump, pool lights and one valve acuator. Will the standard configuration handle this or do I need to add additional spart relays, and if so, how many and what do they cost? Also, will I need to purchase a cable to go from the controller to the variable speed pump? Can I order all of this equipment from Hayward or do I need to go through a third party supplier. Thanks

Q: I have the Hayward Omni Hub control mounted on the back of my garage. The hard plastic cover has come off and now the screen is getting distorted with the weather. Can I buy the plastic cover only?

Q: Can you please provide a tutorial on how to configure both a solar and gas heater for one body of water. My goal is for the solar heater to turn on anytime the solar resource is available based on the solar sensor and for the gas heater to turn on when the pool temp is below the gas heater temp setpoint.

Q: I have the omni hub running with an Aquarite S3. I can control the lights, heater, and the pump with the omni and on the app but I am not able to see the chlorination reading on the omni or the on the app. i can only see it and adjust the setting on the aquarite. How do i get the chlorination to show on the app and on the omni?
